Restaurant security and loss prevention
A camera system that recognizes repeat walkouts and flags them to management, with every transaction logged against the footage of it.

- cameras
- 21
- CAT6 runs
- 30
- days of retention
The problem
A restaurant was losing money to customers who left without paying, and the same people kept coming back. It needed to protect its assets, know when a repeat offender returned, and be able to show what happened at any sale.
What we designed and installed
- 21 structured CAT6 runs and the network to carry them
- 19 IP cameras on a dedicated network video recorder
- Biometric matching that recognizes repeat offenders and flags them to management
- Every transaction logged against the footage of that moment
- Access control on entry points
- Storage sized for 30 days of retained footage
The result
Repeat offenders are flagged to management instead of going unnoticed, and any transaction can be pulled up next to the footage of it. Cameras, network, and software came from one partner and work as one system.
- Surveillance
- Biometric matching
- Transaction logging
